On November 30, 2023, little Justynka entered the world — fragile, beautiful, and fighting for her life from her very first breath. What should have been a moment of pure joy quickly turned into a nightmare no parent is ever prepared for. Doctors discovered that Justynka was born with a severe congenital heart defect called hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) — a condition in which the left side of her heart is underdeveloped and cannot pump blood properly.
For most of us, a heartbeat is something we take for granted. For Justynka, every beat is a victory.
From her first moments, she has known only struggle — tubes, monitors, and the cold light of hospital rooms. She has already endured two open-heart surgeries, both incredibly risky and painful for someone so small. Each operation was meant to save her, yet her heart still struggles. She now suffers from severe heart failure, and every day her tiny body fights to keep up.

“Her heart is fighting, and ours are breaking,” says her mother, Yustyna Tupailo. “She’s so small, yet so brave. When I look into her eyes, I see a child who wants to live — who wants to laugh, run, and experience the world like every other little girl.”
Despite her incredible strength, Justynka’s condition continues to demand constant medical care. She’s under the supervision of a team of specialists — cardiologists, neurologists, and speech therapists — who are helping her through each stage of treatment and rehabilitation. But her future remains uncertain, as she still faces another life-saving heart surgery.
And the costs are overwhelming.
Every month brings new expenses — medications, doctor visits, tests, rehabilitation, and travel to hospitals. On top of her heart condition, Justynka faces another painful challenge: a severely narrowed esophagus that prevents her from eating normally. She must be fed with special formulas and purées, but her parents dream of the day she can eat freely and enjoy her meals without pain or fear.
“She can’t eat, she can’t walk, but she’s fighting,” says Yustyna. “She tries so hard in her swimming sessions and rehabilitation, and we see progress — but it’s slow, and every step forward costs so much.”

For Justynka, rehabilitation is as important as surgery. It helps her strengthen her body, improve coordination, and learn skills that most children develop naturally. Each session brings her closer to independence — but they’re expensive, and her family’s finances have already been stretched to the limit.
The Tupailo family has exhausted every resource trying to keep up with the endless costs of treatment, therapy, and travel. Yet, despite the sleepless nights and constant worry, their hope remains unbroken. They have seen how much their little girl can endure — how she fights through pain with quiet courage and how her tiny heart, though weak, refuses to give up.
“We dream of the day she can run on her own legs, play with other children, and eat without help,” her mother says softly. “But we can’t do it alone. We need help — we need people to believe in her the way we do.”
Your support can give Justynka the future she deserves — a future beyond hospitals, wires, and fear. Donations will go toward her upcoming heart surgery, daily rehabilitation, specialized therapies, medications, and medical equipment. Every złoty, every dollar, every gesture of kindness is another chance for this brave little girl to keep fighting.

Justynka has already shown that she has the heart of a warrior. But now, she needs the strength of a community behind her — people who can help her family carry the weight of this fight.
💔 No parent should ever have to choose between saving their child’s life and affording the next treatment.
With your help, Justynka can continue her battle for life — one heartbeat at a time.
Please, support her treatment. Donate, share her story, and stand with this family in their fight for their daughter’s future. Together, we can make sure that Justynka’s brave little heart keeps beating. ❤️
