What to Expect From IT: Welcome to Derry Episode 6
As stated in the intro, we saw Dick Hallorann becoming more and more disturbed due to his psychic affinity growing as time passed by. Thus, it’s no wonder the upcoming episode is set to focus heavily on Hallorann’s trials and tribulations through the visions and nightmares that are haunting him.
And this psychic disturbance is what Pennywise can take advantage of, which means the Losers Club has no safeguards from the Clown’s psychological horrors. Thankfully, as we witnessed Lilly getting her hands on The Star Dagger, which is said to be able to kill Pennywise for good in Episode 5, it can come in handy in taking the fight to this supernatural entity in the next.
And lastly, it seems like Derry is also hiding a dark past that many don’t know of, which is where The Black Spot becomes crucial, and will be explored in the upcoming episode.
